About Incendium
Built exclusively for WooCommerce
Most analytics tools treat WooCommerce as one platform among many — a checkbox next to Shopify and Magento, bolted onto reporting built for someone else's data model. Incendium was built the other way around: starting from how WooCommerce actually stores orders, customers, refunds, and product data, and building the analytics layer that was missing on top of it.
Why this exists
WooCommerce powers a huge share of ecommerce, but its native reporting was never designed to answer the questions that actually grow a store - which channel a customer came from, what they're worth over time, or why the revenue number in one tool never matches another. Store owners have been left stitching together GA4, a pixel plugin, a CRM, and a spreadsheet just to get a partial answer.
Incendium replaces that stack with one connected platform that reads directly from WooCommerce's own order data - so revenue, attribution, and customer insight all come from the same source of truth, every time.
What we believe
Revenue reporting should match what's actually in your store, not an estimate from a third-party pixel.Attribution should follow the real path a customer took, not just their last click.
Growth comes from knowing which customers are worth keeping, not just how many orders came in this week.
A tool built only for WooCommerce will always serve WooCommerce stores better than one built for everyone.
Where we're headed
Incendium is focused entirely on WooCommerce, and that's deliberate. Every feature we build - multi-touch attribution, cohort and retention analysis, RFM segmentation, channel ROI - is built against real WooCommerce order and customer data, not adapted from a generic ecommerce schema. As WooCommerce evolves, Incendium evolves with it.
